COVID-19 was the start of a tough time for HR professionals, between enabling staff to work from home and furloughing employees. Dealing with HR cases such as grievances and complaints from a distance is especially challenging. The wrong tool

HR teams use various tools, including “homegrown” systems, but many teams we talk to are struggling using spreadsheets for case management.
