Workpro Deployment - our onboarding process
Our standard Workpro product is designed to be used ‘off-the-shelf’, with default settings that are quickly adjusted to make the system your own. From targets and fields, to lookup lists and templates - Workpro can be fine tuned to match your processes and policies.
During our tried and tested four-part process, our experienced team work with you to ensure your Workpro system meets your specific business needs. Workpro is highly configurable and scalable, should you need it now or in the future.

Step 1
Plan
We start with an online Project Kick-off Meeting to make introductions, confirm the infrastructure setup and agree the project plan.
Step 2
Implement
We setup your Workpro site in preparation for the onboarding sessions, using your chosen security and email settings. During the first onboarding session we review your processes and how you will use Workpro. We then conduct user and administration training, setup configurable items to facilitate your processes and support you to test your setup.
Step 3
Go Live
We release your live Workpro system for operational use and conduct reports training – using real data from your new system optimises results.
Step 3
Support
Finally, we move you to our support and maintenance service, setting you up on the online Workpro Helpdesk so you can easily manage any support requests going forward.
