Workpro is intuitive and easy to use, but training will help your team be as effective as possible.
Training is delivered online in manageable modules for System Administrators, Users and Report Writers.
Sessions are recorded so that users can refer back to them, notes are provided, as well as exercises to help users consolidate their learning.
A Workpro User Guide is also supplied with the system, accessible by an on-screen help link.
User Training
Over a few two hour sessions we show users how to create and manage cases in Workpro. Document management and all operational system features are covered too.
Administrator Training
System administrators are shown how to create templates, manage lookup lists, user permissions, KPIs, field names, file management and more. Everything they need to maintain your system day-by-day.
Report Writer Training
A half-day’s session on how to create reports using the datasets we provide. If it’s in Workpro, you can report on it – we show you how.
Train the Trainer
Train the Trainer sessions are useful for larger or growing teams.
1-2-1
The Workpro Implementation Team is also available to "floor walk" during the first few days after Go-Live if desired. Or for any ongoing or individual training needs.
