The CIPD Annual Conference 2022 took place in Manchester and Workpro were delighted to exhibit. The conference's main focus was the changing world of work, exploring new challenges facing HR professionals, and the new solutions needed to work through them.
Considerate Automation
This two-day event featured speakers from throughout the people profession and beyond. As an HR case management software company, we were particularly excited about the technology focus in sessions such as “Embracing technology to create good work and value for your organisation” and “How can people analytics help companies transition from great rethink to great opportunity?”. These proved both thought-provoking and informative.
Considerate Automation is a term that we use to describe technology solutions that remember the person at the centre. We recently wrote about this in our blog, “Keeping the Human at the centre of Human Resources” which focuses on our experience at the CIPD conference in Scotland. We’re pleased to see that this important theme continued through to the next CIPD event.
