What to expect from Workpro training
by Workpro Case Management Software on August 26, 2022
Learning by doing
At Workpro, we believe in a “learning by doing” approach, using exercises and real-life customer cases. So you gain practical hands-on training based on your own experience.
A guide with step-by-step instructions and exercise sheets are also provided, so users can go back and review everything covered in the sessions. We believe this approach is the best way for you to learn how the system works and retain that information. We offer both online and in-person training, depending on your needs.
User-level training
This is the training that all users require. It covers all of the user functionality including recording cases, assigning cases, alerts & reminders, using templates, document management, reports and much more. Our standard user training provides six hours’ worth of training in three 2-hour blocks.
Administrator-level training
This training is more advanced and is for anyone who needs to perform administrative-level tasks such as managing document and email templates, managing licences and users including their access levels, managing data destruction, and more. Administrator training is delivered in two 2-hour blocks.
Report Writer training
The SQL Report Writer available with the Workpro system is a powerful tool, and users can create their own reports at any time without our help. As standard, four-hours worth of report writer training is provided in two 2-hour blocks.
Post-training session support
After the training sessions, there is plenty of learning support. As well as the training guides and exercise sheets provided for the sessions, a full video of your training session will be available whenever you need to reference it.
New material is always being added to the help area which you can find within your Workpro system. This includes guides for new functionality that is added so that you are always up to date with the latest version of Workpro.
Workpro is designed to be user-friendly and intuitive, but there is a whole host of useful functionality, and by receiving the right training, you and your colleagues will be able to get the most out of the system.
